As Daishin Savings Bank moved its head office to its Myoung-dong new office building, it newly built the IP telephony systems in 8 branches nationwide into the AVAYA system, constituted the IPCC systems into the main system for AVAYA products, and additionally included a variety of solutions. Gimhae city, Gyeongsangnam-do, upgraded the IPT system with more than 3,000 seats to the latest version, strengthened security, and additionally implemented a new model of SIP terminals. ASTRA, our CTI and statistical solution, and exchanger, IVR, recording, and counseling application are integrated to provide stable service to customers through our company. We have prepared a variety of services to serve as the basis for attracting contact center services from many other global customers.
Video Conferencing System
As a subsidiary of SK Telecom, PS&Marketing, which secures 5 million subscribers for wireless communication and conducts communication business, is a new videoconferencing system that is independent of the cloud-based video conferencing service that was previously used in the conference rooms of the headquarters and 20 major base centers nationwide. We built conversion. High-definition video conferencing and SBC, H.323 Edge solution for secure connection of external PC, mobile and codec, and recording, streaming, and document sharing functions were implemented.
